I think we may see a whole new dynamic to downtown during the CWS in 2011.  It will bring people downtown that may not have went otherwise.  2012, well that is going to be a complete madhouse for those 2+ weeks for these two events.

The majority of the Macy's I have seen over the past couple years have been rather uninspiring and dull.  Yonkers and Dillards are just fine for that type of store with Von Maur being an upgrade.  I'd love to see a Nordstroms.
