Re: Restaurants Hot Seat

I was just talking with a friend that told me to try it and he had the same feelings. He says the original location is really the only one to blow you away with a great experience, and for some reason, every other, including the other(s) in KC are very poor compared to the original.

Ill make it simple. The program went to |expletive| when they fired Solich. Had they stuck with him, they would still be a powerhouse.

The Shark Club was a major |expletive| hole. I went in there once to meet up with somebody and it was the only time, but that was like 2006. I didnt realize it closed.

Are there possibly transients inhabiting it now?

On the market for $15 million. Page 20 of this document shows a conceptual redevelopment site plan. http://images1.loopnet.com/d2/dM6hZ8jYMWIATNkwOMCIR_6fGLxLCRydqgyTAaXfKuk/document.pdf Thats a ton considering how bad of condition the interior of the building is in. I know because I work here.

I understand putting it right next to the stadium, but to me this is a component of what the riverfront really needs. You need something unique to force people to go down there. I believe the ideal situation to utilize the riverfront would be to place the following down there: - The College Basebal...
