I found seven parcels through the assessor owned by, "SOUTH THIRTEENTH ST PROPERTIES," which crosses with Sullivan as the registered agent. The lots are all spread out too. They are the faint yellow dots. Yes, those divergent properties are his... Not like he owns critical properties for ...

Most Sullivan owns a few lots on the NW corner of 13th and I-80. None of them are adjoining and he is asking ridiculous prices for. He has some grandiose dreams about that area...

Big fan of Ray's. Hope they are able to give this cavernous space a better environment than Saints could. I was thinking the same. Birdhouse (Jessica McKay), who Flatiron chose to select the finishes throughout the building, (see previous pics...) design the lobby and transform the three-story interior courtyard area into a shared lounge space for tenants, will now have a Showroom in the building! Congrats Jessica!
