The late afternoon Sun reflex room is going to be brutal! The sidewalk in front of the Kiewit (formerly Gordman's) building lights up the sidewalk and right into Herbe Sainte.

Coyote, do you have a link to that picture of the streetcar routes? I'd like to see a higher quality image. This law of course applies to involuntary annexations. A second class city can vote for a voluntary annexation.

Looks like Altar'd State is going to enter the Nebraska market at Village Pointe where Apple is leaving.
It looks like a women's boutique.
The first Altar'd State opened in Knoxville as a modern Christian retail store and coffee shop.

The National College Baseball Hall of Fame is operated by the College Baseball Foundation which has already raise $7m of the projected $13m cost for the new museum. There is no taxpayer money going into this project and I would expect the Foundation would also take care of the operating costs.
