Not sure where cooper far is, but right before the housing crash in 2008, there was plans to develop the parcel highlighted below. I believe they had an approved plat and everything and then pulled it at the last min.

Its Great we got the NCAA Volleyball and NCAA Basketball tournaments, but check this out. North Dakota Hockey is hosting NCAA Hockey in Back to Back years in Two different States!

So a stopped in here for lunch a few weeks ago... Its only a bar now, no more food...

Beer selection was decent and they did offer me to-go menus from other restaurants, but I moved on.

Finally made it all the way out to Over Easy for brunch. The place was packed with a decent length wait. Service and Food was great. It would be in our normal rotation if it wasn't at 168 and Q.
