I disagree, the shopping center across the street to the east does very well and I'm sure this one will too when the remodeling is finished. It looks way better after the remodel.

it takes a slight turn about 10 or 20 degrees right. Its only 2.7 Degrees to the right. Well, I just never saw the need for it. The terrain there certainly isn't unstable. Unfortunately when that area was platted 30-40 years ago, the didn't leave any connections to the new neighborhood and the only way out is on to Fort Street.
