Here is a photo I took tonight on the SW corner of 10th and Capitol looking NW (in front of DJ's Dugout. You can see the rink tucked back in there. It was open but I never saw anyone skating.

I'm guessing by the "S" on the end of stations, they are hoping to syndicate on more than just 590.

It is in the center of the Capitol District. It is kind of hidden by the construction equipment, but its back by the retail building. Yep, tucked right up next to the apartment building. Like Jacob said, its is hidden by construction equipment, but if you look close, you can see it from the street.

They obstruct streets all the time downtown to do remodels. They need room for equipment, dumpsters, etc.

I disagree. I think it's a brilliant renovation to bring more use to a drastically underused park. Are you going there at 3am? Its the busiest park in town. Every time I am there its busy. Just saw that they are selling growlers now and you can take any of their tapped beer home with you. I may have missed a change in the laws, but I thought the reason was crowlers were being used was b/c they couldn't do the normal growler at these places. I couldn't tell from that photo on their FB...
