wasn't really sure what forum to put this in: I'm studying up in MN, and noticed that the Minneapolis metro is about 3.5 mill. Give or take. ANd has 4 area codes: 952, 763, 651,612. about 875k per area code. OMaha's metro is about 840k, and has one area code. Lincoln also has the same area code, 402...

a street car from UNO to the QWest, perhaps they could get some of the student body to show up at those hockey games wit hthe streetcar.

I have heard that the metro population of omaha is over 900k. BUt on various websites, I see it reported as 839k.

Does anyone know what the metro population is?

I was under the impression OMaha was maybe just a few years away from a million.
