Re: Miracle Hills Plaza (NW Corner 114 & Dodge)
I feel like this whole area went downhill once the Dodge Expressway was built. I remember this area used to be one of the hottest places to go dancing. It seemed every other bay was a themed dance club. I agree the East side of the area has always been the stronger side. Yes....I remember Clancy's,...

Well, that would sure save me some trips down to KC. As an aside, what is an "air balancer"? Yes, I was curious as to what an "air balancer" as as well. I believe I've heard of air balancers in my industrial job (they help hold tools and other items at a set height for operators...

There was NOTHING on the LEGO site previously and NOTING achnoleged or stated by Nebr Crossing at the earlier point when the window dressing went up, likely in error. Haha - quite frankly I was a little shocked that what Rod Yates told me ended up being true. Heard something quite interesting and exciting about a LEGO store in Omaha - that's from a very reliable source. 😁 Not sure if it's intended for public knowledge at this point in time but let's just say I think there will be many pleased people in the Omaha area later this year! People in Omaha need to grow some balls. It’s a |expletive| gas station not a methadone clinic. That area needed a convince store for a while now. I’d go there at least once a week. “Oh no people are going to be buying vapes and delta 8 next door?!? My Christian neighborhood is ruined!” Then the da...

This should be a mixed use-dense development here to strengthen the area, not a gas station. Complete opposite direction! When has a Mega Saver ever brought value to a neighborhood? I would say “there goes the neighborhood” but the neighborhood has never been particularly nice. Should be one of the more expensive areas of the city to acquire real estate. They aren't putting a Mega Saver across the street from Village Pointe (another expensive area).
Since it needs to be built will they construct a car wash they never intend to open and use it for storage?

I wonder what this really means. For the sake of keeping costs down, I cannot see them doing any more than is required to be compliant with what is needed. Maybe a combo water park and car wash would be the ticket? Would you recycle the car wash water to the waterpark or the waterpark water to the car wash? ;) I think the post-car wash water would be cleaner than the bathed-in waterpark water. So cars get washed first. Otherwise the pee water may dama...

Was the Aladdin's in the same spot where Gizmo's was? Or were they in different bays?
If I remember right, you had to go outside to get to Aladdin's.
Miss the days of arcades - there are some super cool "Man Caves" I see on FB on some pages I follow.
