I think a great use of that space would be, at least in part, studio space for the art department. I seem to recall that they are severely lacking in space, and it seems like that the warehouse would be perfect for that.

Granted, anything is better than that space being left empty.

I am just glad the Qwest Center came along when it did. It seems like last year was a spectacular year for big-name tours, and the Qwest got most of them. It will be so hard to top the names that have come through Omaha.
