In all seriousness I think a soccer team in this city could do fantastic.  I'd love to own it... but i don't have the money yet.  If there's still not one in 3 or 4 years I may have a go.  The Hispanic population in this city is perfect for a soccer team.  They would jump behind the opportunity ...

they said the soccer locker rooms are in the new building...how far is that from the soccer stadium? This building and the Sokol arena will be directly north of the stadium.  They will practically touch. Awesome... I think this might be one of the sticking points on Omaha getting a Minor League Soc...

#12 UNO vs. #13 Northwest Missouri State at the Sapp... some great D2 basketball.  The Mavs play 110 MPH, scoring 105 in their last game.

Women at 6, men at 8.

NWMS is actually #13... so it won't be an upset at all if UNO wins!

The Bullpen, which is the UNO Student Section, has cowbells for the students to use while NWMS shoots FTs... hopefully they turn out.

Another Top 10 Upset for the Mavs!!!!

105-91 over #7 Emporia State!  The Mavs shot 58% from the floor for the game.  Come out and watch this team play, it's a lot of fun.  UNO will go for their 3rd straight Top 10 upset on the 14th against Northwest Missouri State!

Fischer almost was as impressive as a Mustang QB in the playoffs a few years back. 2nd most impressive preformance I've ever seen. #1 being John McCardle's 55 carries for 255 yards and 5 TDs against North Platte in the semis in 2002. Okay I checked that on NSAA site... it's even more impressive than...

Flags for Football Games

So, UNO doesn't have any flags with letters on them (that I know of... should probably double check), and I think that's ridiculous.  We have the team run out on to the field, but it'd be better to lead them out with a U-N-O flag set...  We're gonna be playing on National TV on November 1st and I'...
