That's going to suck for whoever occupies this complex with the view going away. I wish they'd reopen 16th St but that would mean the hotel needs to go away.

Yeah that second floor Orange Julius was there until at least the early 00's. It was my first job when I was in high school in the mid to late 90's.

One step forward 3 steps back seems to be the theme with this administration. Omaha needs a better way of getting around besides the automobile. Where I live at in town I have a trail I can use but it doesn't connect to anything significant for my daily needs and only works for me to get a workout in.

Yesterday I saw a surveyor's tool sitting on the grassy area entering the mall near Dick's.  It was pointing toward the old Younker's space.  Makes you wonder what's going on.

Maybe there running until they sell the place.  I think they realized how much of a bad spot there in given what's around that area is mostly industrial with the concrete plant up the block.

I laughed hard when I saw by how much Petey boy got trounced. He sealed his fate the minute that stupid ad popped up on tv. Also I'm happy that John Ewing booted Haney. He's a good guy as I've known him for many years since he goes to my church.
