That's going to suck for whoever occupies this complex with the view going away. I wish they'd reopen 16th St but that would mean the hotel needs to go away.

Yeah that second floor Orange Julius was there until at least the early 00's. It was my first job when I was in high school in the mid to late 90's.

One step forward 3 steps back seems to be the theme with this administration. Omaha needs a better way of getting around besides the automobile. Where I live at in town I have a trail I can use but it doesn't connect to anything significant for my daily needs and only works for me to get a workout in.

It's paved and able to be used although they have some tree planting to be done and probably some artwork to be added.

Yesterday I saw a surveyor's tool sitting on the grassy area entering the mall near Dick's. Â It was pointing toward the old Younker's space. Â Makes you wonder what's going on.

Â I think that if General Growth or someone else were to come in and do a major transformation of the mall as well as convince Sears to update in exterior to the store by doing more then just putting up new signs every few decades it would do alot for the ...

Sprigs moved in there when they left there old location in downtown Benson.
