They are just expanding I-680 in both directions to three lanes between Fort and the Irvington exit.

There is supposed to be interchange modifications too. Not sure what those entail though.

Nice! That's oddly progressive of the NDOR (NDOT?) Yep, NDOT now. And I agree. I'm surprised to see one here too. Although they have been SPIs for a while which is a little more progressive than the diamond and folded diamond interchanges typically used. But those are only really used in urban area...

So apparently as of July 1st, NDOR is NDOT.

In 2017, the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics merged with the Nebraska Department of Roads to form the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Aeronautics will become a division within NDOT.
