The intersection is 3/4ths open, except for Giles west of the intersection. The SE quadrant was untouched--no new bridge over the Pap--is that for next year? They are just expanding I-680 in both directions to three lanes between Fort and the Irvington exit.

There is supposed to be interchange modifications too. Not sure what those entail though.

Nice! That's oddly progressive of the NDOR (NDOT?) Yep, NDOT now. And I agree. I'm surprised to see one here too. Although they have been SPIs for a while which is a little more progressive than the diamond and folded diamond interchanges typically used. But those are only really used in urban area...
