It appears there is some construction/remodel going on. Anyone know what this will be?

At 204th the line between Millard is actually at Q St West of 204th not F. It is F east of 204th. It’s very confusing to say the least.

Hearing rumors EPS bought or is looking to buy land near 204th and F for the next middle school.

Looks like you are right. Says they were looking for elementary and middle schools. If this is where it goes it will be less than a mile from their elementary and middle on 180th and Fort.

This was approved last spring in the Bonds, but wondering if anyone had a beat on where they were looking to place it? It is scheduled to open in 2021, but I have not heard anything on location.

Southwest corner used to have a house on it. Now house is gone, trees removed and lots of dirt work being done. Any ideas?

They have started to move dirt just east of the Discount Tire in front of Woodhouse quick lane and Lowe's. Anyone know what they are building?

They have torn up the lot between dairy Chef and the gas station. Anyone have any idea what they are doing here?

They have been doing some site prep with walls on the pacific street side and now they have structure going vertical. Anyone know what this will be? Possibly looks like a convenient store/gas station.

The drivethru bay will be the green belly. They have papers posted on front glass stating permits are for them. My hope is dunkin will be in new strip mall that is behind and towards ESHS.

Does anyone know if gas station/convenient store is still going in?

How far does apple typically announce in advance to opening? I would guess this store would be opening in the next couple of months and I do not believe there has been anything officially announced.

Any more info on this? They appear to be making a lot of headway and are even adding on to the back. Whatever this is is going to be a large space and a total overhaul of what was there.

New building south of pacific in front of previous strip mall across from Hy-Vee. Any idea what it going in? They look pretty close to completion.

I have also heard a Greenbelly was going in that same strip center.

Just west down by trees actually. I work at nstar and that's where I have seen it happening. As you drive on center you can see it to west of bank.

I am excited to see what it is. Can't get worse than it is today, so we got that going for us... which is nice.

Hopefully they show updated Husker Spirit plates as well, however I do like the current ones of those.

The new plates are due for Jan 1, 2017 and I know that there will not be a vote this time, but does anyone have any idea when they will release the design to the public? yes the circular lot. It will be interesting to see how they all make it work. Could be neat, could be a disaster.

Confirmed with a source at the city that is the spot they are after. Pending approval they will start construction this spring looks like.

On the grow Omaha they mentioned they had decided on a location near bakers on 175th and center. I am assuming it's at the circular lot by the Hampton Inn. Not sure where else it would go.

Any other retailers announced for this location yet? I thought I had heard a gas station was going in as well. Would be great to get some fast food on this block as well.
