Re: Fidelity occupies Federal Reserve space

Bummer. However, another surface parking lot it will fit perfectly in that stretch of Farnam street along with all the other surfaces parking lots. It´s curious how Farnam became "Surface parking lots row" all way from "Auto row". I really enjoyed that green patch, I use to hang ...

The green area just between the Rose Theatre and the Federal Reserve building is being fenced and trees have been removed. I guess something will be done there... hopefully is not more surface parking.

Re: OPS Superintendent opening down to 0 again

During many years the board did not properly oversight the school administration, that´s why John Mackiel left with $1M in compensation while student achievement was beyond depressing. Now the Board is in the completely other side, which causes frequent clashes between BoE and superintendent. I don'...

Wow! This would be a fantastic spot for something similar to "Highline 2.0" (or taller). Hopefully the ATM issue could be solved by having two ATM's with one lane parallel to 20th Street. But, do the ATMs need to be drive through? Standard ATMs with a 15 min limit parking spot in front wo...

Re: Tetrad Development (Civic Auditorium)

Green space makes for a fine interim solution while we wait for a more appropriate development. That being said, I think we need to put a moratorium on any further demolition downtown until the Wall Street/Lanoha and Civic sites are developed. The Gavilon project would have been a much better fit o...
