What’s so great about Omaha?

Just saw this on the St. Louis Today website... pretty much all about the zoo from what I read.

Oh… okay. I was thinking there had to be limitations… although for someone living on campus that's about as good as a full, free bus pass… either way it increases bus occupancy.

FNB Tower, Benson… somehow, Bob Kerry Pedestrain Bridge…

My friend who goes to UNO and another who goes to MCC just both told me that they get free bus passes… Have students always been able to get free bus passes? Is there more to the story? I just think that should add quite a few people onto the bus system if it's a recent thing.

I like RNCyanide's idea. My main thing is the main picture, as I stated before I think it'd just look a lot better if we had a few of the top places in Omaha shown off there: the zoo, the joslyn art museum, TD Ameritrade Park, FNB tower, UNMC, Boys town… I don't know I'm just throwing ideas out. But...

So... Nobody's up to the challenge of updating this?

Also having a pano of the skyline like the big cities would be really cool too.

I really think that a lot of people probably look at our page and think that Omaha is just a tiny town from the info they give... If they ignore the population statistics of course... Anyone up to the challenge of revamping the page?

Ok yeah... I'm definately losing it. Maybe I just combined the experience of having these annoying kids repeatedly try to sell me and my friend a box, with the piano they were all hanging out around, and concluded that the piano was terrible. Thanks for clearing that up!

Hmm... I guess I always pictured pianos as being pretty expensive things. I guess I haven't gone piano shopping recently though.  :) and I'm pretty sure the one at aksarben looked pretty beat up, but maybe that was the intended look...

Are all of Omaha's farmers markets run by the same group/company/people?  :what: There's at least three that I can think of off the top of my head that go under this name: Aksarben, Downtown, and Village Point. And if they aren't then which one is this referring to?
