Just passed Razzy's and something seems to be going on here. There was someone on the roof and there seemed to be new construction by the entrance. The Razzy's pylon sign was still in standing, are they making a return?

Sadly, the reopening is delayed again. Now it says 8/13 for LaVista... and Late Summer/Early Fall for Midtown.

I was just there Thursday, then I drove by Monday and they were closed... but not just closed, all the signage had already been stripped off. Anyone happen to know what's being built on the site of the old Mid City Bank at 108th & Bedford? Looks like it's going up pretty quickly.

Looks like Sonesta ES Suites has taken over the old Residence Inn at 69th & Dodge. I had stayed there about a month ago, the hotel looked great and had recently gone thru a remodel - not sure if Sonesta will do a full remodel or not, but it will be interesting to see how a new brand does in town...

Last I remember seeing - Trader Joe's was supposed to be - they are taking over the entire out building that is on the corner along Pacific.  If I remember right, it was last an Abercombie & Fitch.

I went to one in Dallas... my impression - equal parts of Michael's/Hobby Lobby/Big Lots - that was a year or so ago - although - according to the website - it looks like they have added furniture... making it pretty eclectic.
