Not sure if anyone posted this yet, but looks like another blow to crossroads. What is the other development, Beverly Hills Plaza they are talking about?

Originally, I had heard that it was going to be on Broadway, where the old Omaha Standard building was. I don't make much stock in that though. I would be willing to guess it goes into the Marketplace. There site plan has space for what would be a small Lowe's on the opposite side as J.C. Penny. And...

Yes Brad, usually a couple things happen. If a developer is opening more than one center, even if they aren't in the same town, they will offer a store a deal on rent if they agree to open in these shopping centers. Another thing that happens is Companies use a real estate adviser to help them out. ...

New Council Bluffs Walmart
Hey Everyone, I heard a rumor the other day form several different people, that the Hy-vee on N. 16Th is moving to Broadway on the old Omaha Standard location. And that walmart is going to build a second location on N. 16Th where the old Hy-vee/ Goodman's buildings would be? Has anyone else heard th...

Wow, this will be interesting to hear. I'm guessing Lowe's as the tenant. Kohl's average store size is 88,000, and I think going into Council Bluffs would want to go with a little smaller then average store. So I doubt its them. I wonder if this will spark an official announcement for some of the re...
