Per the capitol district FB page, the terrazzo flooring is in the hotel lobby, and in the rooms, hardwood and shower tiling is progressing nicely. Some nice pics on there.

A surveyor was on the empty lot owned by Slosburg on the NW corner of the intersection earlier today. I wonder if something is in the works? Not real high hopes, given that their space across the street is barely half full, but hopeful we'll see something sooner rather than later.

The signs are up on the building for both Casual Pint and Also Timber. Timber still has construction lights up, but it looked like tables and chairs are in, curtains are up, and art on the walls. Timber's FB page says "Finishing touches this week", so I'd assume they're opening next weeke...

Only 120? Those 120 are in the 2 surface lots under 480. The majority of the parking will be in a still to be constructed garage along the north side of the complex (just to the south of 480).
