Good grief guy, my son is now nearly as old as his ACT score was then.. maybe it's time for a new footer.

He basically determines HVAC requirements for new structures. He's done a lot of work lately for all these new area data centers.almighty_tuna wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2024 9:27 am Well, that would sure save me some trips down to KC.
As an aside, what is an "air balancer"?

My air balancer son-in-law (who apparently will be doing the Mutual job as well) is insistent that multiple people he's heard from in the trade says IKEA is planning to build 'between Omaha and Lincoln'. Hah, we'll see.

I keep thinking this is just a bad way of asking for another raise.. I could see Bill Bryne (recall A&M stole him too).. but Trev? Who's always bled Husker red? Come on. Will there be a "Soueeey.. Razorback" moment?

What is with this Knight Owls name? Does someone own the rights to the name Knights alone, as a hockey team, in Omaha? Otherwise, why wouldn't you just go with the Knights?? Your historic name (plus, we've already got an Owls team)

The concept for the area sounds very similar to what was built up around the arena that was originally built for the Coyote in Glendale, AZ. In fact, the Tanger outlet mall is almost a mirror image of what Yates built already.

Omaha (with Lincoln) is not nearly big enough to draw an Ikea retail store. Best we would see is a planning studio/order point like similarly sized Albuquerque and larger Nashville has. Consider neither OKC/Tulsa have an Ikea either.. and a massive metro like Phoenix has only a single store. https:/...
