Re: Regency Court Remodel/Addition
Too bad they couldn’t swing a regular J. Crew store. Some years ago, before I figured out how crappy the quality was at some outlet stores, I bought 3 shirts on sale from their outlet store at Potomac Mills. I’m not exaggerating when I say that these were some of the worst shirts I’d ever purchased....

Re: Youth Emergency Services - 27th and St. Mary's
This is great news. I think I found out through a post/news link on this forum that most young adults who age out of foster care end up homeless, at least temporarily. Many end up addicted and/or fall victim to sex trafficking, which usually leads to a revolving door with the criminal justice system...

If you go to YouTube and look up soft white underbelly, you'll see real quick homeless people are that way because they can't get a job or don't want a job, addicted to drugs, or have mental problems. Those don't seem like things you can fix. It's a losing battle, there will always be homeless peop...

I don’t think $75 a pair is a lot for a pro level team. This isn’t college level. Most of you would drop more than that for a night out for two, so I’m not buying that argument.

I'm so glad that gasoline freely flows up from underground in peaceful countries. Its kind off scary how we have become dependent on some countries that are not known to be friendly for oil, while the US reduces its oil production. Electric cars are not a proper solution either. The previous presid...

I guess you’d have to ask the owners for the meaning behind the name. Are they going to feature American spirits, wines and beers? Theme bars and restaurants are fine; I have no problem with that. Weather reporting is now seen as a revenue center. I don’t blame the reporters as much as I do the people who force them to make it more apocalyptic. Ratings come first. They even have names now for snowstorms, like they do with hurricanes. The funniest example I’ve seen was when a minor hurricane h...
