There’s no asphalt on Jones in front of the library at all, neither in the lanes nor parking. Didn't see it mentioned here but Frank's is open in the Capitol District. I had a pizza from there last night, liked it very much (better than Lighthouse), also nice that it's open until 2am. Hopefully it's successful.
