PUT A FORK IN THIS PLAN! Â It looks like Cordish has conceded victory to Gretna, they pulled the two semi billboards last week. Â Yet another project lost by La Vista. Â Makes you wonder if La Vista planners need to loosen such strict design criteria. Â How many more projects will go to Papillion, o...

This is a very exciting announcement, Southport is the ideal spot for a development of this nature... Another example of La Vista, separating themselves from Omaha through another progressive development. Â Way to go La Vista! Â I am sure Omaha has tried to lure a development like this to North Down...

I wouldn't be so quick to make it sound like Papillion administrators are such great visionaries. Â They want to annex out to I-80 to cut off Gretna, kind of a miniature version of Omaha vs Elkhorn. Â Probably why they tried unsuccessfully to strip annex down 370 without taking the adjacent land. Â ...

I am hoping this is simply a rumor and it will end up at Southport. I know the poll on the Royals site could have been |expletive| with some especially the Bellevue numbers since they were asking the public to go on line and vote. But how can you not look at those numbers, over 8000 votes, 54% for...

Check out Omaha Royals web site, they have set up a poll asking fans which of the three sites they would most want to go for a ball game. At this point 83% of the votes are for SOUTHPORT, although there have only been 12 votes so far. I think this poll will continue to support Southport and agree...

Well I too am glad to see this is all done, as a Sarpy tax payer I would hope to have some say in where it ends up. Â My vote is behind Cabelas. Â Hwy 370 and I-80 is just to industrial, Southport would work much better, although Stein did say on The Big Show that they need to be able to use firewor...

As a homeowner in Sarpy County paying nearly $6,500 per year in property taxes I do not support raising taxes to pay for this stadium. Â I agree Sarpy appears to be looking for a handout with donated land, that just doesn't sense. Â Cabelas, three mid too high level hotels, and several corporate of...
