Jean said pretty clearly the hotel would most likely go on Lot B with another skywalk bridge and parking lost would be made up at Lot D. She also said with Lot D being so big they were looking at developing part of it too.

On Grow Omaha the Mayor mentioned the streetcar colors would be like the parking kiosk colors. So I guess, blue, purple, green, orange, etc.

Also interesting to note, and while unpopular on this forum, Jean said eventually the streetcar would go to the airport.

8712 S.F. for the building thought all of that space isn't particularly laid out for grocery. Cubby's is a gas station plus store.

Are they interested in selling because perhaps there's an interested buyer?

I say sell the whole thing and turn it into Good Life District #3. Would be a great opportunity for the city to really connect to the riverfront beyond parks with commerce and perhaps more condos.

Whether it's the A's or any other MLB team it would ideal at least to get CSF to host even some exhibition games. IIRC Ricketts attempted this with the Cubs in the early days of the stadium.
