There must be more going on here. No restaurant wants to close from Thanksgiving to New Years and then open back up in January. With the exception of Valentines day, restaurants hate January and February.

What's the most Omaha condiment? I say 1000 Island since that's what's on the reuben sandwich. While I like 1000 Island on a reuben sandwich, its also great with mustard.
