I really hope they keep the building and update it. It's a cool building with lots of windows looking out onto the lake.

Has anyone heard anything about Westgate Plaza closing? Some guy was trying to tell me the bowling shop owner told him the owner of the plaza is not renewing leases when they come up. So, I guess that could be why this is the last year for the haunted house.

Old W Dale Clark Library Building

The stupidity of the general public in this city is amazing. Reading through Twitter really shows we need to invest in public education. No this isn’t some war against learning the library is moving 5 blocks to renovate an actual historic building, the current downtown concrete cube is not historic...

Personally I'm 100% against tearing that building down and would do anything it took to make sure it didn't happen. I know there are plenty of people who could care less, but I think the library is cool as heck. https://stacker.com/stories/3102/50-arr ... ted-states

Do they have plans to replace the testing location? No. There was one in North Omaha, one is South Omaha, one in Central and one out West. Currently there is no central location even though they still have crossroads listed on their website and make it seem as if they are just full. https://i.posti...

You can still order at the counter in fast food restaurants with kiosks, but my experience is that they no longer staff for it and are usually visibly annoyed when you walk up to the counter to order. You don't want your job replaced by a machine then make a case for it. Acting annoyed that someone...
