Re: 1416 Dodge - Lanoha property

I would be shocked if Mutual moved all its employees away from an already struggling Midtown Crossing which they own. The turnover in MTC retail since all the Mutual employees went remote is real. I can't imagine Mutual wants that lack of bodies to permanently be away from MTC. Now if they have some...

Re: 46 Dodge Apartments

Current parking regulations call for 368 stalls per City Code. They automatically get a 69 stall reduction for being within 300 ft of a bus location/other bonuses per City Code. The developer is actually asking for less then the 299 required by the Code. They are asking for a waiver to get down to 2...

I've toured it and there are major issues with the foundation on the northeast corner of the church. It will have to come down in my opinion.

It'll use an SID since its unincorporated. People forget the reason for TIF is because you can't form an SID for to pay for infrastructure. To my knowledge, the north farm is officially part of Boys Town. I'm assuming the cities will come to some sort of agreement to just hand Omaha the land, but I...

The church was built in the late 1950s and the gym (which is the windowless wall on the right of the picture) was added in the 1960's I believe. There was a parish school operating until the early 2000's is what I was told.
