The Hy-Vee Mall of The Bluffs just opened a "HyChi" Food truck specializing in Chinese food.

Hy-Vee on September 22nd opened up 2 new stores in New Hope, and Oakdale, Minnesota, both suburbs of the cities. Country and More is moving to Oakview.

I think one of the Hy-Vees in Council Bluffs makes them.

Any news on what else is coming in to Metro Crossing?  I heard something about a Buffalo Wild Wings, but can't find anything that makes it official.

I noticed this morning that Council Bluffs Glass at 1st and Pierce is packing up shop.  I wonder what could be replacing it.

Has anyone heard anything about a Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery coming to Omaha?  I've heard things in the past but not lately.
