The project at 34th and Davenport has restarted. They put up the structure in less than 5 days. Looks pretty bleak, if you ask me.

There was a story about this development in the Gifford Park neighborhood newsletter mentioning that TIF was not approved and now the developer is looking for a partner to help with the financing.

This stretch of Harney is such a dead zone, save the board game cafe. I wish there was a better way to develop a street (Farnam) without sacrificing the one next to it (Harney). I hope this livens it up a little bit.
