The expansion in the number of hotel rooms in Omaha will ultimately increase the supply of hotel rooms, leading to a decline in the average cost of a hotel room in Omaha. I believe we are witnessing the birth of a major city!!

I like the concept as it will provide excellent connectivity to the city. Once Metro implements a few north-south express routes, this could greatly benefit commuters.
