Interior demo started last week.

I always really liked the food at Jazz. Their sweet but spicy Voodoo Wings were really tasty as was their Jambalaya and Crawfish Étoufée. Unfortunately, we never had good service there. Big crew installing shelving and coolers right now.

They must be getting close. My wife runs the framing department at a large art gallery and had a rush job last week. She had to build a frame for a pair of sheepskin chaps for The Drover.

New owner does live in NYC...... we can only hope !

Looks like they are starting with mitigating the floor hoists pits. Many decades of motor oil and tranny fluid in that soil.

Looked like a couple of contractors on site this morning.

My Federal Agency has a entire floor in the North Tower. I think our tower is mostly full. UP has a huge presence in both towers. I'll have to review the floor directories for both buildings and report back.
