I drove by there today and the name of the sports bar is Jerze's.  It is in the old Bull Feathers location.  They are also doing a full remodel to the exterior of the building.

I drove by the Rock Bottom yesterday and I am pretty sure it is closed.  They even had some paper taped over the sign above the door that was covering up the "Rock Bottom" part of the sign.  All it said was Cafe.  It was 5:30 and there wasn't a single car around.

It is going to be a medical office.  I have heard both dentist and podiatrist office.  It will be one of those two not sure which though.  Kind of a waste if you ask me.

I drive by it all of the time.  It seems to be pretty busy but can't tell for sure.  I really want to find the time to stop in.  They had a really old Simpsons pinball machine in there that was a lot of fun.  I want to see if they still have it.

It is currently owned by Omaha State Bank.  They are in negotiations with another bank that wants to take it over and make it a branch.  I don't want to leak the name yet but will soon.

So I heard that Fuddruckers is going to build another new location in the PayPal development area...  This should take off well.  There really isn't any resteraunt development in that area of town yet.

I don't know if they are taking down the old building and doing a complete re-build or an addition and remodel to the existing.  I went by there on Saturday and the sign out front says that it will re-open in March of 08'.  They've got some work to do if they want to make that time line.

The one on 90th and Fort closed because the landlord raised the rent.  The owner of that location also owns one in Lincoln.  Although I never went to the fort location, from what I understand it was doing well, he just didn't want to pay more in rent.

I live right off of 73rd and Parker.  The Haunted House on 73rd and Blondo was called "Haunt".  Up until 2 weeks ago they still had a sign out front of the building, and then one day it was replaced with a "For Sale" sign.  Guess there not having it this year...
