Tried this place over the weekend. Food was excellent, space is beautiful, and service was great. Signage to find it isn't great, but I assume they will fix that. Nice and toasty with the big pizza oven on a cold day.

It will be a seven-story office facility. UNMC will own one floor for a total of 30,023 gross square feet used for administrative functions. One floor = 30,023 x 7 floors = 210,161 square feet. The small building on the left looks to be about that size. But that's a minimum $85M project (and likely...

Yes! I work in a large office building that uses Hillside. They are great to work with, reasonably priced, and we have significantly reduced our contribution to the landfill. Being able to take advantage of a commercial composting facility is a game changer. Highly recommend!

I would agree that this doesn't seem feasible. The proposed zoning changes would allow something like this to happen, but I just don't see it. As someone who has been wanting to buy in that area of Dundee for years, I know those properties are rarely on the market and sell for a premium when they ar...

Top Golf has been described by many outlets as a combination of golf + bowling. Meaning, a bowling-like activity, but with golf clubs. Could be a misplaced comma in the article or just a poorly written sentence.

Does anyone know how ORBT will impact the existing traffic lanes? Their site describes "semi-dedicated bus lanes." It also identifies a bus lane "along the right hand curb of Dodge and Douglas Streets." Are these streets losing a lane completely? Only during certain hours?

I agree about the housing....that is probably the biggest miss. In other cities where I have seen mixed use development, the housing is on top of retail or office space.
