The current mechanical penthouse is going to be utilized for an additional level. So roof of the building is floor 16, new level 17, and the roof of the existing penthouse will remain relatively the same elevation.

I watched the meeting yesterday. It sounds like they have signed Letters of Intent from several of the tenants. They mentioned two new to market restaurant tenants for the Central Green area.

It is just formwork for the cast-in-place concrete walls. Not precast concrete.

I'm not involved in the project, but I believe there will be a partial basement for this building. However, the water table in this area is rather high which makes multiple levels of basements impractical as they would require continuous dewatering.

One is a ground floor plan and the other is a second floor plan. The ground floor of those buildings have a larger footprint than the upper floors.

Jay Noddle stated at the city council meeting yesterday that they have committed to keeping the lots and amenities to the North for a minimum of 25 years. They are going to build a 7 story office building to the south of the parking garage, where the sand volleyball courts are currently.

The lot jomaha9 is talking about is the lot at the end of the park between 13th and 14th street. Per the Riverfront website this lot is earmarked for future development.
