That's too bad, need a sportsbar in this area. Have been there 2 or 3 times and have had solid experiences. Nothing great, but nothing poor.

Re: Ashbury Farm

Talked to the HyVee guy again.

He said the Great Wolf Lodge was going in on the ballpark side of 370, not in front of Ashbury. So apparently on that lot not owned by the church/retirement/apartment groups? I wouldn't think that would be big enough but I don't know these things.

Re: Ashbury Farm

Why don't they instead build the Great Wolf Lodge next to the Henry Doorly Zoo? That would be a much better place for it and go better with the theme of the zoo. For having one of the best zoos in the country, the city of Omaha has sadly underpromoted its top tourist attraction and underutilized th...

Heard today that Great Wolf Lodge is a signature away from taking the commercial lots in front of Ashbury Farms fronting Hwy370 across from Werner Park. Anybody else? The HyVee store director I am neighbors with thought the Elkhorn one would go in after the Gretna one.

And after a few more stores get the new larger look/refurbishments done - including Shadow Lake.

Re: Pennant Place (126 & Highway 370)

It's been great seeing all of the development follow the stadium. Quite a change from just a few years ago. When that next lake, WP-6, gets going (if it already hasn't) at 114th and Cornhusker, you should see even more development fill in around here. They seem to have started dirt work this week o...

As crazy as it seems that they are moving so fast on Think II (with still so many start up issues cropping up), the one thing I thought of is that the 2nd most likely will be significantly smaller because you won't have to replicate all the back office functions (like HR, billing/accounting, IT, et...

This is "North Shore Commercial" I think and not Pennant Place, or maybe it is one and the same.

Rest of that housing structure is gone and dirtwork has started west of the ballpark.

How does Prairie Life compare to Lifetime?

We live by Werner Park so trying to see if driving farther to LT is really worth it. PL you can use any of the facilities.

My main interest are the pools first and foremost for lap and kid swimming.
