Re: Bennigan's
I always figured the fact that Butters was super excited to go to Bennigan's in that episode of South Park told me everything I needed to know about the place

Re: Is 72nd The Divider Between East and West?
The Omaha Police use 42nd Street as the East West line. That's strange, I can't think of anything that really changes at 42nd (maybe any Spanish signs pretty much disappearing along L/Q once you get west), and it's not even a major arterial north of Dodge. Is this just a relic from 70 years ago or ...

Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield
Southwest serves BWI, Reagan National and Dulles, Washington's three airports. National has tons of service, not limited. "Limited" wasn't the right word, admittedly, I meant restrictions on flight distance (similar to LaGuardia, I believe) and the general issues with approach (avoiding ...

Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield
Baltimore is Southwest's "DC" airport. And from what I've heard it's incredibly popular with DC residents due to the fact that Reagan's expensive and has limited flights and the general suckiness of Dulles

Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield
While it means less service, after going through a huge airport last week its nice to have a manageable one at home. Agreed 100%. I'd much rather spend time making a connection, already through security and able to spend my time how I please, than standing in a crazily long security line at a huge ...

Re: Southport (126th - Giles - I80)
I do feel like they've cut down the size on the Runzas. They're still really good, just not as satisfying. Oh yeah they have been slowly scaling down the size of the Runza over the past years. Worse then that is Runza does not use high quality hamburger anymore. The cheap hamburger(pink slime) can ...

Re: Potbelly eyes Omaha
Potbelly opening in the Fall at 2056 N 117th Ave Ste A-1. Can't wait. misread that as Fall 2056 at first, haha. Anyway, glad we're getting one, but if that's where I think it is (the building in North Park with the Indian restaurant and LePeep, right?) that parking lot's a big enough pain as it is...

Re: Southport (126th - Giles - I80)
The food at Runza has went way down hill over the years but if you have to do Runza then that one in La Vista is a good choice. Its very clean and not to crowded. I don't think the Runza sandwiches are as qood as they once were, but they still have one of the best Fast Food Drive Through Chee...

Re: Omaha: We Don't Coast
I've never been a fan of these types of slogans anyway, although I guess since every entity insists on using them they're useful for some aspects. As far as they go, I guess it's a pretty decent slogan. Nothing that can be used to "make fun" of us, and a heck of a lot better than "Neb...

Re: Street Widening
168th from Pacific to Center is probably the most necessary. It would be bearable if there were a center turnlane, but as it is it's practically a cart track between two wide, modern sections. It's kind of ridiculous at the 168th and Frances intersection where the business park access road is a MUCH...
