Re: W.I.T. Capital Management
Not a ton of new news from the OWH article, but work still seems to be taking place. "Owner Scott Sladovnik said unanticipated worksite setbacks have delayed progress, but he is not concerned about the timeline. The architect for the project is next-door neighbor Alley Poyner Macchietto. He was...

Re: Alvine Building (13th and Cass)
New rendering per the OWH article. No real new information was given though - "Alvine and Associates engineering will move into a new headquarters at 12th and Cass Streets in 2017. The building, developed by Lanoha Development, will also house other commercial and residential space." The b...

Re: The Yard (15th & Cuming)
New rendering of the apartments, set to open June 2017 according to the OWH. Personally, I liked the old rendering much better - the building looks cheaper now.

Re: Riverfront Development (Rick's & Storz area)
I've heard from a inside source that the Heritage Services is planning to “restart” on their riverfront initiatives and rethink the opportunities along the Missouri Riverfront from a big-picture, conceptual, master planning standpoint. A new organization/business structure would be created to separa...

I saw the latest rendering for the apartment tower is up on the Capitol District's website. I don't believe it has been posted on here yet. This should allude to upcoming finishes...

Re: Official: Capitol District
Not sure if this is well-known information or not, but I am friends with Rodrigo's daughter. She told me that the Capital Place complex would likely be 6-7 stories tall, as there had been debate between a wood and steel structure. Overall, it would be great to get another 7 story structure in that a...

Re: 10th and Harney Revelopment
Lockwood Development is looking into it. I don't know a ton of specifics. Looking at mixed-use residential..but it's just at the initial site layout stage right now. There would then be underground parking associated with it. Hopefully more will surface will come to be in the upcoming months!

10th and Harney Revelopment
Initial layouts for a 4-5 story mixed use (mainly residential) condo building is in the works for the corner of 10th and Harney. Now just a parking lot, it would be great to see development on this site.
