Re: 1200 Landmark Center

I'm sure the Mayor and Chamber of Commerce are already doing a lot to attract more companies and offices to locate downtown, but maybe they still need to step up the effort a few more notches. As long as they don't give away too much. Better mass transit to and from downtown would help too, of cour...

Having lived in California for many years, I've gone to In-N-Out restaurants many times. It's pretty average food and don't think the food is overpriced. It's the same quality food you get at McDonalds, Burger King, or Wendy's, but In-N-Out has excellent service and the food is always served fresh. ...

I kind of wish they would take over Crossroads and build several buildings with good height, versus a really tall building that will look out of place in the midtown area.

I think Trump will make it all four years, and will easily get re-elected. After a few more years, the liberal media will get tired of talking about Russia, Russia, Russia, and will finally move on to something else. It's sad when you watch the news and all they talk about is Russia. They don't seem...

If there were a streetcar from UNO to downtown, it would get used. The streetcars have to be on 15 minute intervals, except after 10pm where it goes to 30 minutes. The reason why the OMetro doesn't get used as much is partly because of the stigma of riding the bus. If the City of Omaha were to dump...
