Unbelievable that they just open a new building and it's already to small. This is a head scratcher. not really unbelievable, if they would have just checked in here with us first ;) I remember discussions stating 12 stories may even be too short, and they shrunk it down anyway. I had been going to 88 Tactical about once a year keeping up with my shooting skills. I've always been treated respectfully by staff there, and I am impressed with the facilities there. However, in other posts in these forums, I have seen references to 88 Tactical as Nazi-this and Nazi-that. Can som...

Is one of the under construction buildings near 180th and Maple on the south side another Starbucks? Building design looks like it. On the staffing problems, Starbucks seems like it would be a higher margin operation than KFC or McDonald's. Coffee bean are increasing, yes. But operational costs are...

Marino's grocery/deli? Owned by Joe Marino. Not the same as Frank Marino's on 13th Street. I loved it the first time I went in there because the couple that owned the place were arguing in the kitchen area. 103rd and Fort would have been circa 1991. Pretty weird to think a company as big as Walmart didn't enter Omaha until 1991. That seems really pretty recent... As for SuperTarget, the location on 132nd and West Maple was not only the first SuperTarget in the metro, but the very first one in the nation. Joe Montana came to Omaha for the g...

A tunnel wouldn't work because the courthouse doesn't have a basement level.
