These West Omaha mega-churches don't open "satellite" church in poverty-stricken areas. They're going to try to expand where there are people and big money.

Satellite church. It's the trendy thing to do these days.

That pretty much gives the City a license to do whatever it feels like doing in that area.  They must have some re-routing in mind. Unless they plan on doing the same north up to Dodge I don't think re-routing is in the discussion yet. I've heard nothing of rerouting for a long time, but I'd guess ...
