Re: Officially moving to Omaha
Thanks NativeOmahan! I'll be heading to Omaha from the DC area, so a bit of a change. Is Old Market considered downtown, or are they two separate entities? I don't suspect I'll be getting a dog anytime soon - they cramp my traveling style. I'm also avoiding renting a home as I just sold a home and...

No doubt.skinzfan23 wrote:I have seen that Lifegate church near 72nd and Cornhusker. I was wondering if it was associated with the main one.

Re: Saddle Creek South CRA
That area is pretty well built out. I suppose the east side of Saddle Creek on this stretch has a lot of empty buildings that could go away for something useful. If you sit in the Saddle Creek Taco John's (fine dining for me!) and look every direction, you'll see quite a bit of stuff that could/sh...

Unless they plan on doing the same north up to Dodge I don't think re-routing is in the discussion yet. I've heard nothing of rerouting for a long time, but I'd guess ...

Sorensen Pkwy - 56th - 60th
Hey All - I live up near Sorensen Parkway, and recently have noticed that they've cleared out hundreds of trees on the north side of the street, between 56th & 60th Streets. This is right across from that old shopping center where the Eagles Nest Church is now located. They've cleared all the tr...
