The Woodhouse colossus put a Nissan dealership in Deerfield Place in Millard, temporary according to their spox. Left unsaid is that 'temporary' means until they get a location built at NE-50/370, I'll wager. This lot is called "Woodhouse Place" for some reason. Also, haven't seen Kara in ...

I had some bluehair darn near kill me on NE-50 Saturday, made a left turn to head south and immediately went for the right lane, ignoring the fact that I was already there. Problem is, these guys have been driving on 50 since it was 2-lane, Springfield was a day trip and they were lucky to see one c...

I am surprised that the OWH didn't pick this up but InfoUSA/InfoGroup in Papillion was sold again. Their current owners CCMP entered into a sales agreement with Court Square Capital that should close March 31st. I guess this was officially announced yesterday. Maybe because the current owners/crook...

There was a lot of talk today about this. In the end, this is going to be really good for TDA. I like the idea of a new library, as it is kind of an "in" thing to get a new library downtown -- one that is fantastic in design. Our downtown library is nothing in the same league as Seattle's or Minneapolis's. Um, to be fair Omaha isn't in the same league as Seattle or Minneapolis. But...

What I'm hoping for is that Southwest starts nonstops into Houston Hobby. It's much closer to my client in Houston and the airport is far more laid back and actually kind of Eppley-ish, in ambiance, convenience, and lack of hassle that is, not the way it looks, which is more "V" like and ...
