STL has had exhibition games at the Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence for the past three years. I'm going to guess 8K attendance and sold out every time. I went in 2022, fun atmosphere. But can the KC market sell 13K 41 times a season? Omaha certainly can't.

I read an article a few years ago stating the reason the name hasn't changed because they had a 100 year naming clause on it. I don't know if airfield was part of the deal or just the Eppley name. Lincoln should be moved out of the Hastings market and put in the Omaha market instead. When I lived in Lincoln and watched the news, it was 95% about things near Hastings.
