There is a French bakery going in on the E side of the HDR building facing the Inner Rail patio. All the windows were covered inside so I couldn't tell how close to opening it was. Last week they removed all the weeds, etc. and have spread straw(?) over most of the lot. There is a fairly good size, round bare spot right at the NW corner of the lot though which I don't understand.
