Re: Heartwood Preserve (144th Dodge/Pacific)

Anyone know when the residential lots are going to be for sale? I’ve tried reaching out through the website and to the Jackson group (I believe they are the listing agent) and don’t get a response. TIA

I happened to in into an agent when I was looking at another property. Got on her email list. Looks like they’re selling the estate lots first then later the other smaller lots. Here’s their contact info.

Looks like Jackson Real Estate Group is starting to sell plots, the estate lots first. STARTING at $225k just for the dirt.

I’m told to watch out buying too early due to the funny tax risks associated with SIDs.

It'll be somewhat of a casual takeoff from the owners of Twisted Cork Bistro from what I understand. Similar Pacific Northwest themed, albeit with a larger bar and slightly more casual menu. I'm hearing that 2nd hand at this point so that may not be exactly right, but the fundamental info is solid....

Tipsy Pig is a step up from Trio, though the cocktails aren't as good (at the same price). I like that they've "dirtied" it up a bit. Trio was a little snooty and sterile IMO. Music is much better now too. If they can get their drinks priced in the realm of the reasonable and figure out a ...

The NE place where the violin shop was is allegedly a pizza/Italian place. Golden Crust fell out from what I heard.

"Scissors and Scotch, a high end Men's Salon" is coming to Legacy. I like the sound of it. I poked my head in and spoke with the owner a week or so ago.. Very cool place, but VERY expensive.. $35 minimum for a haircut... $60 for a shave? Yikes.. Cool concept though, hope they make...

Yep, my guess is Scooters on the East and Summer Kitchen on the West.. I doubt they'll take up the whole building so there's room in the middle.. My barber told me there's a rumor a Scotch & Barber concept is going in Sterling Ridge. Nothing I've found confirms that, though.
