On a serious note, does anyone know what building in Benson this is going in?

I believe the space had previously been studio that way. Lot 2 is taking a small portion of the building on the east end for the private seating area. The Benson Facebook page had hinted about something new taking over the remaining space.

Does anyone know what is sharing the old Benson Appliance store with Lot2?

I have heard the imaginarium space is already leased, but not sure by who. I wonder if they saw the larger open space and jumped on that for "the ace".

I believe this is the old Hargiss Guitar Shop.

A world herald article said the patio will be indoor/outdoor and open air. It will be accessible from 61st and have its own bar with 5 taps.

Didnt see a post on this yet, but noticed a new place building out in Benson. It appears it is under the same ownership as Benson Brewery. Is anyone familiar with this place that can confirm?
