Forgot to mention, there is a new "food truck" called Java Daddies set up in the Diner lot. They built a nice deck around it and have plants and lights so it looks to be quite permanent. I can get pictures tonight, as they only recently started serving food.

Re: Riverfront Development (Rick's & Storz area)
This would be a really great thing, if it happens. I have always thought we need more signature museums, like Chicago has along the lakefront (I would love a science museum, but this would kind of fill that void) Also, can we get something that is even 1% of the St. Louis City Museum, please???

Was talking with an Even Hotel rep a little while ago. Re: NFM
I think NFM is more likely to buy properties and build a new retail store east-northeast of their existing warehouse, since it is fairly new and is such an integral part of their business, along with the customer pick-up area. Plus, it seems unlikely for the developer to waste space in the Crossroa...

I think it would look good on the eastern end of that cluster of similar looking buildings between 13th-14th and Howard, and then there would be room to build something with windows to the street to the east of the Specht. I can get behind this idea as well. The JP Cooke building on that block is b...
