Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield

United kept pushing off Oma-sfo return, wasn’t sure if it would ever come back. They just loaded it yesterday to return mid-August with much improved flight times. Oma-sfo 4pm. SFO-Oma 9am. Goes back to their placeholder schedule end of September right now but I would guess they will change it too g...

Re: Lincoln Airport (LNK)

Yeah, this is my take. LNK airport could get AA to DFW but it will hurt both OMA and GRI to DFW so not sure if AA is willing to take that plunge. This is why IAH-LNK was dropped on UA because United knows the passengers will just drive to OMA for OMA-IAH, why service LNK at expense of their larger r...

Not much construction that I see yet, just construction cones. This doesn't affect you, if you park in any of the garages. Why would they do this on a Friday? If a streetcar line were to go to the airport it would be best for it to operate in its own right-of-way for most of that journey. It's just less than 3 miles to get to eppley from the proposed end of the line. Seems weird they would construct the trail over the river without at a minimum a connection to the Bellevue Loop Trail to the north right away.
