the garage is progressing much slower for obvious reasons, but hopefully they can start erecting steel by the fall? they are at L4 right now (almost May) and have to get to 12/13 in order to start steel. Is 8 more levels doable in the next 3 months?

there is some heavy machinery onsite under the approach on the iowa side. Even a gravel road that leads towards the trees. I was there yesterday. you can see the yellow cap rising up between the buildings when you merge from I-80 to I-29 by Ameristar. You could see it before, i'm sure, but now it's more easily visible
